Returns Procedure

Any products which are returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product, providing that Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd are informed within 7 days from receipt of goods and the goods are subsequently returned to Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd within 7 days of notification at the customer’s own expense.

All returnable goods must be reported to Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd. Goods returned without notice or a Returns Reference Number (RRN) will not be accepted. Please report the return to Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd so that we know to expect a return package. If you wish to return an order, please contact, giving us your SOP order reference, found at bottom left hand corner of your invoice/receipt, together with your name, address, daytime telephone number, Invoice/Receipt Number and reason for the return. We will then give you a Returns Reference Number (RRN) and email you a completed returns label. Attach this label to your return parcel, and enclose a copy of your invoice/receipt. Please return the goods to us within 7 days. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed, including the reason for the return.

Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
